In the final days of 2015, Nevada became the front line in the looming nationwide fight over energy policy when the Public Utilities Commission of Nevada altered rates for net metering impacting homeowners with rooftop photovoltaic panels. It is not good energy policy. It is not good environmental policy.

And for projects registered since October 31, 2016 that means the LEED v4 ID+C: CI rating system. The CI v4 EAc1: Enhanced Commissioning credit goes farther than the fundamental commissioning incorporating changes from the v4 prerequisite that make this credit more advantageous and less first dollar cost intensive than in v 2009.

The European Union has gone in another direction with the 2016 General Data Protection Regulation , applicable as of May 2018, updating and modernizing the principles enshrined in the 1995 Data Protection Directive which guarantee individual privacy rights in one’s personal data including “the right to be forgotten.”

The principal and interest on the bonds are paid solely from the funds derived from leasing or selling the facilities to the user company. As part of the More Alaska Production Act passed in 2013, for the North Slope only, this credit will increase to 45% on January 1, 2014, and the credit will change to 35% beginning January 1, 2016.

State Water Commission funds, not exceeding $20,000 per borrower, may be used to supplement Ag PACE funds for the purchase of irrigation equipment on new irrigated acreage. Loan funds may be used to finance real estate, machinery and equipment and for the purchase or leasing of equipment.
