ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. Eligible projects include adding or improving sanitary sewer systems, water systems, streets, roads, and storm sewers. Property taxes are forgiven for a period of time to allow the project to cash flow.
