Alabama Infrastructure Grant Program: Funds are available to public entities for extension of water, sewer and road facilities to service new or expanding industries. ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. The private sector participant finances 50 percent of the project cost and takes a first lien on assets pledged as collateral. Three of the nation’s 40 Renewal Community areas are in Alabama.
