The business must sign a job-creation agreement under the Advantage Arkansas program within 24 months of signing the Tax Back agreement. Must expand its labor force, make new capital investment, or prevent loss of employment.

States poised for major growth in wind energy in coming years include Iowa, Kansas, Texas, Nebraska, North Dakota and Michigan. In February, the company announced an agreement designating an Iowa-based manufacturer, Sabre Tubular Structures, as a preferred supplier of transmission structures for the project.
