Green Building Law Update

FEBRUARY 3, 2014

Modeled after laws in New York, Chicago, and the District of Columbia, this bill is designed to work with the County’s recently enacted PACE program to create market based incentives for building owners to increase energy efficiency. Current laws require those buildings to achieve a LEED Certified certification.
