Michigan Avenue in Chicago is seeing a mix of high-end retailers and value retailers, a trend that will continue in 2013 in markets across the country. To do this, let’s focus on the famed Magnificent Mile in Chicago. We will continue to see successful retail developers attack one of two markets – the value market or the luxury market.
