All preliminary work such as extending utilities, rail, water and sewer is complete at both sites which are “ready to go and ready to market.”.

Applicants must meet the same qualification criteria as Advantage Arkansas and must be approved by the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.

Any unused credit may be carried forward for a period of nine years.
