Early programs were financed with a pooled revenue bond or for large projects a standalone bond, but today private lenders have entered the open market. Maryland is typical.

According to the Connecticut Department of Labor, the May 2017 unemployment rate for Connecticut was estimated at 4.9 NCS Global has built a LEED Certified Silver facility for their global headquarters on Innovation Drive. Another key draw for the company at Quonset was its innovative site-readiness program.
