The P3 project is a 50-year agreement between the Maryland Port Administration (MPA) and Ports America Chesapeake to lease and operate the 200-acre Seagirt Marine Terminal. DREDGING THE DELAWARE AS PHILADELPHIA GETS READY. The next segment slated for dredging is in the Delaware Bay. That work is expected to begin in September.
