Viewpoint software seamlessly integrates with BIM for increased collaboration. Level 0 : Level 0 entails basically no collaboration, and only 2D CAD drafting is used. Level 1 : Level 1 BIM is a combination of 3D CAD and 2D for drafting. Viewpoint software’s workflow tools ensure the PAS 1192 process is followed and recorded.

Many of the contractors immediately shot down the concept with the age old line of questioning that pertains to the architects’ inability to draft an affordably reproduced plan and a perceived desire to be the next Frank Lloyd Wright on a modest budget. I could write many pages on this topic but will boil it down to a singular point.

From Reference other View you can choose either drafting views (good for site/existing condition photos) or any view saved as a "rendering" (image) in the project. Of course, because its an elevation tag, it will carry the sheet/detail number references when you place your drafting or rendering view onto a sheet. Revit It (francois).

When youre drawing Drafting Lines, you can change the type of curve youre drawing, ie straight, arc, tangent arc, etc, but you cant change the style youre using, ie Wide Lines, Thin Lines, etc. Labels: Drafting , Views.
