Another study by the National Insurance Crime Bureau states that the total cost of workers’ comp fraud is $7.2 billion per year. The video shows some of our workers sitting on the roof of a condo project we have in lawn chairs, drinking beer and lighting off bottle rockets. If I caught these employees in the act they all would be fired. Since this is on YouTube I do not think I can take any action because I did not witness it live.

'Last week, a federal appeals court brought back from the dead, a more than $6 Million lawsuit filed over materials supplied in 2000 for the first ever LEED certified Platinum building. Despite that the unpublished opinion is not binding precedent, it will have a chilling effect on green building and in particular on the selection of new or untried materials and products that are the keystone of many sustainable projects.
