The Korte Company

The Korte Company has been hired by American Nevada Corporation as the general contractor to complete the Silver State Mortgage tenant improvement. Construction began in October of 2004 for the 23,000 square foot space and is expected to be completed this month. Greg Korte, President of The Korte Company's Las Vegas Division stated, "Silver State Mortgage is another example of a repeat client for us that solidifies the importance of building strong relationships and getting the job done right.

As we travel around Mexico in our little motorhome I have been reflecting on the diversity of architectural styles that are evident. There is much history upon which modern Mexico is laid, from the rich legacy of colonial churches to the traditions of the indigenous inhabitants that has persisted. The Mexican culture is a blend of these influences and is expressed through some obvious patterns of architectural expression.

The Korte Company

The Korte Company has been awarded Southwest Contractor Magazine's "Best of 2004" award for the Aliante Fire Station in North Las Vegas. The 10,360 square foot building was submitted as a Public Project Under $5 Million. The design-build project utilized a variety of building systems, including wood framing, structural steel ,and load bearing masonry walls.
