ALABAMA INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT PROGRAM: Funds are available for extension of water, sewer and road facilities. EQUITY INVESTMENT TAX CREDIT: Targeted toward new, technology-based businesses that pay wages in excess of the state or county average wage. The credit begins in the tax year in which the new employees are hired.
