Those cottages need some work, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) is spearheading a project to refurbish them. We got in touch with NAIOP to see what we could do to help. We owe our thanks to three groups of people, each responsible for the successful completion of the cottage renovations.

The Internet company received a $2-million incentive package (tied to job-creation commitments) for its relocation to the 100,000-square-foot office. Champlain Valley Specialty is renovating and expanding a former onion packing site into an apple processing facility. Saveology’s move to Margate will add 700 jobs to its operation.
