In this image the massing has been created aligned with the "site" but weve realized that it would be easier to document if Project North were aligned along one building edge. As I wrote in my reply there, RTN is sleight of hand while RPN is really altering the entire model and related views to change orientation. My Loyal Readers!

The whole model is still there, just not visible, thatll provide some relief for performance sake. In my case Im interested in closing their worksets, "hiding" their elements globally until I need them again which is still "seeing" but not from a documentation standpoint. you can draw a simple building and link in a simple building (by shared coordinates) and move these two icons around a bit (clipped and unclipped) to see how the two models react or. It's a bit of a pity that these things do not seem to be so wll documented in the helpfiles. in 2002 and am currently a member of AUGI.

Some food for thought: Could it (read that as "it will") be better to let the walls be modeled as they will be built (with dead spaces in between), rather than using in-place walls that simply mimic old methodologies, like CAD or Hand drawn lines filled with poche or hatching? It is more suited to a model that is about graphics.
